Shipping and Returns
We ship our products to every corner of the world. Domestic as well as International shipping charges may vary according to the product weight, dimensions of the package, and the region to which it is shipped.
The *recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders shipped outside India may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient; Oussum has no control over these charges, nor can Oussum predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; Recipient should contact their local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
We do not issue any refunds for customs fees, shipping, or the cost of your order should you refuse to pay the customs fees. *recipient here refers as a buyer. Combined- If you order more than one product, you can avail our combined shipping option and pay lesser shipping charges for your order. Shipping Time Oussum offers three type of shipping. You can choose one, according to your preference. Please ensure that you or someone you trust is available to sign the package upon delivery.
Standard Shipping- Delivery within 2-7 business days
Economy Shipping- Delivery within 12-15 business days.
* Please note that early delivery charges will be higher than the Economy (normal) shipping.
We keep you happy with an easy to follow return policy. You may anytime return or exchange the product within 30 days of the delivery. The product must be unused with all the original tags and stickers intact. In case the customer doesn’t like the product due to any reason, all the return shipping charges will be borne by the customer. Whereas, if the product is damaged/defective or in a bad state, Oussum will bear all the return shipping expenses. We do not provide any pick-up facility. The customer is requested to self-ship all the returns.
While we wish to see every order succeed, we may have to cancel orders in following situations:
- • Product no longer available or temporarily out of stock
- • Restrictions on quantity • Inaccuracies/Errors in product pricing
- • Problems identified in credit or fraud detection • Inaccurate or insufficient address of delivery
- • Non-serviceable locations
- • Cancellation by Customer
However, if you wish to cancel your order for any reason, please inform us within 24 hours of order placement. The order once processed, will not be cancelled under any circumstances.
